    3ds max 9 error

    hi pls help me
    i hav a problem using 3ds max 9 with vray ,i cant open some max files
    , one mesage displid like ....an error has occurred and tha appllication will now closa.do u want to attempt to save a copy of th current scene.i'm also using graphic driver Direct 3D 9 (NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT), change this driver to 'open GL' or 'software' this error is not displid, how to overcom frm this error
    system cofiguration (AXD athlon X2 3600, Asus m2n mx)
