Hypershade feature lost?
Hail to the forum.
Have you seen when you pick up an attribute from a node in Hypershade (from right-down arrow of the node icon, lets say, outColorR), and then you insert it in another node (via left-down arrow of the node icon, lets say, ReflectivityAmount), the connection is not created?
