I recently purchased vray from trinity 3D , we are rendering a Huge garden scene that we originally rendered in MR,
all our foliage, grass is using Opacity maps, our renders are not calculating the opacity in the Z depth or velocity passes.
i've read this issue has been resolved in 3DS max , Was wondering how this can be addressed in Maya.
the rendertimes are already huge, so id like to keep it as fast as possible.
2.) also on this note is there any settings that can optimize rendering thousands of opacity maps?
