some little license and forum problem

hi all and sorry for my bad english

i have some prblems with my vray license and wibi keys i have bought the soft and i cant activate it i try to post on vray customer forum and i dont have the permission when i email chaos group the answer is they are in holidays so not possible to have an activation ...

some one can help me please i have an imortant project so i really need help thanks a lots for ur answers
