I cannot post to any forums or view posted attachments

I am a registered user of this site and a licensed user of VRay still I cannot make any posts to anything other than "public forums" nor can I view the images that people attach to their posts. This makes this website basically useless for me. I have attempted to contact the site administrators numerous times but to no avail. This is very frustrating. Can someone please tell me what it is I need to do to be able to post in the VRay for 3D Studio Max forums?

i also cannot view jpg attachments in posts, only if the photos are inline can i view them..

Got the same problem, wrote the mail to vray@chaosgroup.com and got an profile update within seconds. everything is fine now.

I have the same problem. I sent to the email and waiting for the response. Why not Chaos correct the problem from their side?
