  • Studio timesheets

    Hi folks.
Can anyone help me in my research in finding an adequate system for monitoring jobs and time spent on certain scenes? What do studios use to collect all this data? Is there a specific management software package out there?

    Thanks.

I have used freshbook, which is in-expensive and on-line. They have a nice app that allows you to stop/start the clock, too.

We used an ap called Personal Timeclock for a while. I think this is it: http://download.cnet.com/Personal-Ti...-10296525.html

The good thing about it was you set up all your jobs, and every now and again (say every 15 minutes) it would prompt you and say "what are you working on now". You just choose from the available jobs. All data from all users is collected centrally on your network somewhere, and only people with access privaleges can look at it. Quite useful. Not sure why we stopped using it actually...
        Kind Regards,
