the simulation disappear

Hello,
great product.
I got the following problem. During the simulation from time to time the grid disappeared, then reappeared. I'm checking the cache file and the file for the corresponding frame is to small - 5k.
I'm using quad core processor with 8 GB. RAM. The scenes I'm working on are very simple and the settings are not to high, so I get that this problems is very strange.
Cell size 3 cm., XYZ=70X1000X70 cm.
when i decrease the resolution, everything is ok, but i need more precise grid.
I would be grateful for any help.

this issue was reported once, but we couldn't reproduce it and the reporter didn't send any scene. please, send us the scene with the settings causing the problem

i just started the simulation, until frame 100 no misses. can you tell me a number of some frame where the problem appears?

they are many. 62, 65, 67, 70....
maybe the problem is on my PC.

Now I have started new simulation, and to the frame 100 everything is ok.

This time the simulation is calculated without any problems. I do not know how this happend. If it reappears, I will write. For now the problem is gone.

When i try to increase the resolution to Cell size1, 92 the problem reappears. The grid disappeared on frame 27, then on 29...
I will reinstall the Phoenix, and will try again. Maybe the problem is on my PC.

ok, thanks for the detailed report. i have another idea, send us one of these broken files for autopsy

after reinstalling the phoenix, I have the same problem.
I noticed that the problem appears to the same frames. In practice, the size of the file does not change under the new simulation.
