Vray Standalone (Maya)

Hi,
I am testing the demo of Vray for Maya without any major issue. I'd like to have a look at the Standalone version of Vray, included with the demo.
I managed to start the slave task that is listening and ready to accept new renders but I can't figure out how to tell Maya to render over the standalone server instead of using Vray for Maya internally.
I am on OSX.

Please help.

You must export a vrscene instead of rendering inside maya...there is an option in the render globals "translator" tab. After exprt u must render using:
vray -sceneFile="pathTo/yourscene.vrscene"
