License Problem

I can not post in the V-Ray for 3ds Max :: Problems so this is here. I do have a license and the license server is running, localhost:30304 says that there is a free license. However 3DS max is giving me an error "Could not obtain a license (-197)" under the V-Ray:: Authorization heading. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

It means that there is no license for the V-Ray version you are trying to use. It would be best to email us to vray@chaosgroup.com and we'll help you sort it out.
