Ati 4870 OSX - V-Ray 2.0 Beta - RT

Hello. I am having issues using the OpenCL RT rendering option for Maya 2011 on Mac OSX. Whenever I start the IPR using the GPU rendering, my system freezes, and a strange OSX style text-box pops up saying to manually turn off the computer using the power switch (Just never seen this before.)

*I am using a Mac version of the ATI Radeon 4870 with 512mb of VRAM, under Snow Leopard, with the latest 10.6.7 updates, and Maya 2011 SP1.

*I also have an ATI 2600 XT installed, but not in use. Not sure if that could be interfering somehow.

I would greatly appreciate any help!

It is driver issue most probably.
We are waiting the ATI card to arrive, so we can test what is wrong with ATI cards on MacOS X.

I can confirm the same system stalling that klazer is reporting on my Radeon 5870 + Mac Pro 12core+10.6.7.
Nice to see GPU RT is enabled at least
