vrscene file error

I have just written a vrayscene file from the terminal (OSX) to render via standalone but when rendering the file the following error occurs:

[2011/Apr/25|18:53:23] error: Error in file "/Volumes/iDataHD/_projects/1104_7_vox_bridge/3d_bridge/renderScenes/vray/mov_1104_7_vox_bridge_001_cam2.vrscene", line 65: expected a ";" after property definition

Previously I have written the scenefile from within maya (2011) with vray 2.0 beta but now it says that the rendering (writing the scene file) has been completed but no file is present in the destination directory....

What is the full line 65 in that .vrscene file?

hi vlado, here's the line from the particular vrscene file

mtl_transpCutoff=0,001;

I am going to put it together with the other vrscene file that caused problems here.

Hm, did you export the .vrscene files from a machine that has ',' set as the decimal symbol? This is solved for newer builds, but for the moment, you will have to set this to '.' before exporting.

That's worth a try - but it didn't work. I just switched the decimal symbol in the system preferences and tried the same export routine but it didn't work out. I will test it though on a different machine with a fresh system installation and let you know.
BTW, - don't you hate these things when it comes down that these little things such as "," and "." break the system? I find it pretty annoying Cheers

update: I just rebooted the system with the decimals switched as suggested but the problem persists. If this is fixed in newer builds I will be a happy camper.
