control vray fur with maya hair?

Hi there,

I'm interested in purchasing Vray 2 for Maya but I've got a couple of questions beforehand.

The first is this: I'd like to have fur which reacts to dynamics. Normally I can do this by creating maya fur and linking it to maya hair. I can't figure out how to do this in the Vray 2.0 demo.

Am I missing something? Or is it not possible to have Vray fur reacting to dynamics in Maya?

hey,
vray fur doesn't react to dynamics unfortunately. it would be a great feature. in the meantime, i guess you'll have to fake it or use Shave and a Haircut. pretty sure the latter will react to dynamics as it should be based on Maya's fur system. (i might be wrong about that)
