by the way i just realized it, will there be an imapviewer delivered with vrayforrhino? it comes quite in handy when irradiancemaps have to be viewed, checked, merged etc...

I am not sure if that is a part of our licensing agreement, but Chaos Group has been very forthcoming with help and technology thus far, so I would think they would allow us to distribute it, but I am not 100% sure.

You can use the same irradiance map viewer that comes with V-Ray for 3dsmax; the file format is the same. I suppose this should be included in V-Ray for Rhino in the future too.
