I think you have to buy it now. Actually you don't strictly buy it, you agree to buy it when the full release comes out.

You are correct. Since I waited so long to jump in on the beta testing, I had to purchase a pre-release liscense. My credit card was not actually charged, but the amount of the purchase was "allocated".

I think 5 days notice will be given before the transaction is actually processed.

Yes public beta testing is officially closed. The only new beta testers are actual customers. We are giving customers the option to not buy V-Ray for Rhino if for some reason they are not happy with the product. We are giving 5 days notice before processing the card.

We are only distributing serial numbers with orders that customers authorize us to process their V-Ray for Rhino order.

Ah, I didn't realise that there was a way to get serial numbers yet, I've just been hitting that evaluate thing every time I hit render. (don't process mine yet! I have to clear it with my accountant (ok, wife) first!)

I know you guys are busy working on the next update, but can info on joining the forums and a clearer explanation of the buying process be put up somewhere? Maybe you have but I missed it since I signed up within the first minutes that purchase became available.
