Trying to get latest beta - wants me to buy again

Hey, I don't want to buy multiple licenses of VRAY just yet.
If I go through the process per the other messages, it wants me to process an order / ccard details again.

I need some sort of confirmation that it recognises I have already purchased, registered and am eligible to get the latest beta.

Any tips please?

Adrian, first login and than go to the products. You should get a bill with zero prices. If not, break the process and try again. In the past I have seen the priced bill to, but after a retry I have got the beta.

Thanks Micha,

But every time, it just adds another one to the basket and wants visa details. The total figure is the $499 x however many are in the basket.

I'm sure if I go through to the last page I will get to download the beta, but I don't want to get to the end of the beta period, agree to take the final and find that I have half a dozen licenses.

I think there must be a glitch in these pages, or a separate selection be made for those who have already given card details.
