Spawner has issues

I have been running the spawner for a couple of months now with no problems and all the sudden when I try to open it I get

"The application has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more details."

I tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling vray, deleting the spawner file and reimporting it...no luck.

It's running on a Vista machine with an intel 6600 core duo processor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try grabbing our runtime library dependencies from Downloads->My Files->V-Ray for Rhinoceros. Its called "Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Runtime Redist" or something along those lines. Installing that should resolve your issue.
