  • How to get this kind of an interior render ?

Is it possible to have this kind of an interior rendering with Rhino4 + Vray ?
Please anybody make a comment what kind of rendering options and lights does it seem to be..

Yes, looks like a Vray image. All lights could be rectangular lights + an invisible rect light in the window and a directional light for the sun.

Like sayed at an other thread, start with IM+LC allways. For small details use IM max rate 0 or detail enhancement.

PS: It's a pity, that the images is so much sharpened - to much sharpening halos for my taste.

Oh yes that is a V-Ray image...By the great Candelero...Oh man the first time I saw that image I nearly passed out. The other ones shots of that scene are just as amazing...I'll find that post on CG and put that over here as it is possibly the best interior I've seen.

Back to your question. There really isn't anything going on in that image that is not possible with vfr. What makes that image soooo good is that no corners were cut. Every little thing is modeled, every texture is amazing (accept for the painting, its a little pixelated on the close shots), and there weren't any shortcuts taken for materials, lighting or render quality. That takes allot of time to model and texture and setup and render, so that in my opinion is more of the determining factor on creating a render that is of this quality. Taking the time to pay attention to all the little details will go along way.
