  • LEMs not showing up

Hi,ive been practicing vray for a while and im very confused why the LEMs I've created dont emit light. Its just totally black.I strictly followed the lighting tutorial. Its really frustrating because I can only do day renders for now.It would be nice to render a night scene but my computer hangs up whenever I place many components with little OMNI's.Can anyone please share a good tutorial or suggest a probable cause of this problem?PLEASE HELP

if ur using the physical camera the values of the light emmitter materials must be really really high to get the effect u need..

Yes the physical camera is the culprit. Increasing the multipliers works, or you could adjust the exposure via F-Stop, SS, or ISO, or disable the physical camera altogether.

I have added a quick paragraph to the top of the tutorial explaining that the physical camera was not used. I probably should have added this sooner, so I apologize for any confusion not having that info might have caused.
