Resolution quality

I would like to know if this rendering has the max output resolution quality that can be achieved for an exterior. Also if the glass material is the right one and if anything else can be better...
Sometimes the image looks "grainy" so I increased the Image Sampler Adaptive QMC to like 150 Max Subdivisions (dont know if this is right)

the grainyness is the QMC render engine, use Irradience map for smoother/blurrier results... u could also push up the reflection of that glass of urs...
