After rendering in vray and saving it as a jpeg or png, an ALPHA version is saved? can I know what is the use of that? Thanks in advance for the help...

Hello,

It's for use in a image editing program (like photoshop) You can cut out your rendered model with the alpha map and replace the surroundings with other images (sky, clouds trees etc.)
