  • problem with emitter layer

Hi, i have a problem that i can't solve when i work with Vray. When need an emitter object i try to assign emitter layer to the object material but when i render the result is a black item. I don't know why, i tried to change camera, to read manual but i don't find the solution, the problem remains the same. Someone could tell me what to do? Thank you.

Try a higher intensity of the emitter layer, maybe the physical camera dim it to much.

I tried increasing multiplier but i didn't solve the problem. Today i'll try to change some parameter in the Render option panel.
      Thank you.

Did you try increasing the multiplier to 1,000...10,000.....20,000?? Sometimes you need to go a lot higher than you expect when using the physical camera. If thats still not working for you, then disable the physical camera and see if the emitters show up without it.
