Look for Irradiance map setting in your render options! ;D

Yea, post your irradiance map settings b/c thats what at fault on this one.

In the mean time, there are two things you should check. The first is Adaptive Amount in the QMC Sampler. If this is at 1, then lower it to .9 or .85. Having this setting at one has been know to cause some artifacts with interior shots like this. The second thing is that your irrandiance map looks a little too dense. If you've got your min rate it at -2 or -3 try kicking it back to -4 or -5. Leave your max rate where it is (thats going to be the one determining the quality). Sometimes having too little adaptation in your irradiance mapping can cause more of these splotches to show up.
