I wondered whether it was possible that someone can provide some vismat of grass which already contains the dispacement, a lawn decent because I can not create them :-[.

so...what is that mean :-\??...however, it seems that i'm not the only one who can not master the displacement feature, if i'm wrong why there is no help??.......looks like i'm gonna deal with this all by my self.

isn't that the name of a song :

Displacement
1. make a simple plane say 100cmx 200cm.
2. push pull 1cm
3. choose everything and apply your carpet material (name that material into carpet_diffuse), make it into group
4. create add material (link material), choose that carpet_diffuse material
5. bring up the vray sketchup option editor
6. Under displacement use the following: edge length=2, max subd. 500, amount 1
