Muy bueno el trabajo!
en el primer render, ta textura de venecitas te esta tirando un pattern que tal vez lo puedas corregir en photoshop (en la textura original) o cambiando la textura por un panel mas grande, para evitar que se repita el motivo. por el resto me parece exelente.

con que parametros usaste el VRay?
