I wanna create the rim's material of this ferrari in rhino

Fairly simple...highly reflective (IOR = 6-, very glossy (.6-.7), adjust the darkness of the rim through the diffuse color or the filter color(depending on your environment).

Material...might need a little tweeking for the right darkness/environment, but it should get you started.

i must change the diffuse i think..

I want to give that effect going from dark grey to light grey on external parts...

it's possible?

Decrease the diffuse value and increase the reflection filter value. You might have to decrease the IOR to let a bit more of the diffuse through.
