Floor Lights?

I am also looking to add some round floor lights to my interior. I imagine I will just flip a high-hat light and place it in the floor and add a rectangular light the same way I would any other source.

Is this suitable? ANyone have any other methods to creating floor lights? I really am looking to create lights that act as wall-washers.
