  • it destroys everything whenevr i put emmisive

why is it that when i use emissive for my lights, the spread of the light or the effect to the surfaces iskinda very noisy,dirty,... that is why i always think twice if i'll render with lights.. and sometimes i just put rectangular inside the lights..

Although there are examples of people being succesful lighting an interior with emissive lights, it is difficult, and not good practice. Generally you should use either the sunlight coming in through a window or, for night scenes, use rectangular or omnilight.
The emmissive material is there to allow you to create a material that glows, not one to light a scene.

Emissive materials are not sampled in the same manner as lights because its a material property. The extent to which the noise shows up depends a lot on what rendering method you're using. Typically using DMC is going to cause the most artifacts because of the nature of how that method samples the scene. Other methods like LC and IR don't suffer as bad from emissive materials because of those methods tend to blur the solution.
