rhino+vray+spotlight = not working

I'm sure there is a simple answer to why my spotlights aren't producing light but could someone shoot me in the right direction? I've dialed up the multiplier to over 1 million. I've tried all different kinds of settings but the spotlight (created with rhino) refuses to show up in my vray rendering and I have no idea why.

Please help!
