Using VraySky and artificial light

Is it possible use VraySky and other artificial lights?

I'm rendering a yacht on sea with vraysky, but I also need to use an artificial light to simulate the light inside the yacht ...

how can I do?

Should be possible, only the extrem bright sun could cause noise artefacts at interreflections at blury surfaces (several times posted at the forum from me - maybe I'm the only one with the problem ). I avoid the physical sky/sun if an interior must be rendered and prefer a HDRI sky + directional light as sun.
