Rendering with Edges

Is there settings that allow you to render with edges as lines?

or wireframe?

does Vray for Rhino have the VrayToon plug in?

Yup, there is a VrayToon material in SR 1.5 so you can render edges without problem. To make something like wireframe just split the surface with isocurves.
