what are the best settings to create an exterior rendering. For example, which color mapping setting, etc create the best results?? Also, my building keeps rendering as if its in the shade. I have changed the date and time and the shadows are on in sketchup, but nothing seems to work.

You will need to change this through vr4su under environment.

hi,...whenever you are changing settings in shadows in su then before rendering go to v ray option environment and update the settings,...try it until you get the desired effect,best wishes..
