How to render only one region ???

I'm trying to figure out how to render "region render", it would speed up the tweaking dramatically since i wouldn't need to wait complete scene to render.

The RenderWindow command is what you're looking for, and I believe you can get to that by right clicking on the render icon on the VfR toolbar.
