install error in vista

I have seen this topic before but there has not been a solution that I can Find. I have the VRAY for SketchUp I get the message:

the evaluation period for vray for sketchup has ended. to continue using vray you must activate it......


I have a license but when I hit "next" the program freezes.

cancel . I installed sketchup7 and vray7 and it all works fine
