dirty render problem

Hi everyone!
i'm trying to render an interior of an elevator, but the result is horrible.
i can't get rid of those black spots
her it is:

some settings:

primary engine irradiance
secondary engine QMC
QMC GI subdivs: 8
adaptive amount: 0.65
noise: 0.01
colo mapping: reinhard
no caustics


Please help me =/

Try the setup of the starterkit at the tutorial forum section - could be it helps.
