vismat error - invalid asgvis material file???

I have been downloading materials here for a while and I don't usually have problems, but recently several new materials are giving me the error:

"invalid asgvis material file"

I am using Rhino 4 and Vray for Rhino 4 academic. Could it be that some of these materials are only valid for sketchup, but there are all posted together?

Any help, feedback, or comments would be much appreciated!

There's no difference between materials from Rhino or SU. What's more likely the issue is that the materials in question were made with a more recent version of V-Ray than you have installed. If you're not seeing 1.05.29 in the About rollout, then I would upgrade to the latest version, which you can find on the VfR support page or in the Downloads section.

I download the curtain material and some kind of an error appear: the material override other material that I have aply to other objects?

this already happen to any one???

PS:I use rhino
