  • Another one...Rendering RUNTIME ERROR

I'm getting this error when I'm running almost all my scenes. They will work 80% of the time on my MacBook Pro that is Bootcamping Windows 7, but they crash 100% of the time when I transfer them to a PC running Windows XP (I think it is 32 bit). I am trying to render 4 at once at the school computers, so this is why I have to transfer the files.

I know this possibly has something to do with the textures that I am using (many materials, lots of textures, some bitmaps that are 3mb).

However, I ran a search that told me to click override materials. I turn on "override materials" in global settings and the render goes through.

Any suggestions to what is wrong? The renders are due at 8:45am tomorrow... :-[

Try to add each texturized material one by one, until you complete the scene. Remeber to allocate correctly your assets before you hit the render button, search all asset files after you do the transfer to the XP computers.
    good luck.
