Interior Light Leaking

Ok guys so I am new to VRAY but have found it rather easy to use and in general love it for use with SU. However, I have been practicing using the church of light file available on asgvis.com, and I have run into issues with light leaking through corners of the room/ceiling. Also, this results in dark blotches on the right side of the image.....Can anyone help with this?
