    HI
For the bright dots, go to color mapping, and check " Clamp Output" and "Sub-pixel".
For color bleeding, the best way is to apply a white material to your floor, save the iradiance map, the re-apply the correct material for the floor, use the ir map that you just saved, and render the image.
    Good luck!

thanks stefan, surely apreciate and will try your suggestion. and do you how to make the light that came from the spot light look blurry in the edge when it hit the wall. I already make the omni light as small as can be, and only use 1 multiplier. is the shape of that spotlight matter ? I mean its the same round.

here is the picture for the scene that I "desperately" try to make..

any tutorial for making this up?? thanks

you can achieve better spot light effect, using a transparency map. You'll find all the info that you need in that post!
        Cheers!
