My studio wants to buy some licenses and we are wondering if they can be downloaded as soon as we buy it or if they need to come in the post with the V-ray disk? Let me know.

As soon as you buy the licenses you will receive an email with all your serial number. The process is automatically. So you don't have to wait more that 5min.
You can download the demo version and then installed the serial number after you receive it.
