In a time I had a Username, an Account for this forum, and so on passed a lot of time and I didnt remember my password... I coludn't recover it and I couldn`t made a new one because this system showed me a message that I had no Secret Question, and so Today I cannot enter in my old username (cuz I forgot my password and I have no way to recover it or something) , I had to register again in order to enter, so the question is..... ¿Who can help me? ¿Why I can`t recover my password? ¿Why I have no secret question on my new account? ¿How I could put it on? I'm sure that someone here in this forum can help me and I want my old account back.... my (old) user name is "Jose Luis"!!

Please send an email to support@asgvis.com, If you can do it from the gmail account on record for that username it would be best. If not I will need you to at least be able to tell me that email address.
