default settings for vray

can anyone help me how to set the default settings in vray...i already tried unintsalling and installing the vray again and again..but the settings still not in the default settings...can anyone help me...ty

The default settings in the new version has changed from the previous one.

By default we load "SU Default.visopt" with new scenes. We also use this same file when you press the "load defaults" button in our option editor. You can change this default set of options out with another of your choosing. We recommend backing up the original file that we provide first. Here's where you should be able to find the default visopt that we use:

XP:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ASGVIS\Options\SU Default.visopt"

Vista/Win7:
"C:\Program Data\ASGVIS\Options\SU Default.visopt"

OS X:
"/Applications/ASGVIS/Options/SU Default.visopt"
