shared license sever

I have a vray for sketchup license w 2 seats. i am able to use it via the server on my computer as well as the station it is installed on. However I am having trouble using the floating license on other computers even when there should be a license available. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I'm having issues. Thanks

Are the other computers connected to the same local area network?

We will need a lot more details in order to make any kind of guesses as to what the problem is. What kind of network are you using, computers involved, security software those kind of things
