transparent white cloth

Hi all,
I am trying to find a white semi-transparent cloth fabric material. it is for a fabric covered building. also i am trying to render some of it with light/shadows/projections showing on/thru it. any suggestions would be amazing!

Hi,
Thank you for replying. Here are a couple images of similar fabric. Honestly, anything and everything similar would be helpful. I can't even seem to find a white cloth vismat. I'm obviously new to materials with Vray. Also trying it with Maxwell.

We have a special V-Ray material called "VRay 2sided material" that is very useful to create that kind of material.
This material allows you to select two sub-material, one for the front and other for the back, if you enable the "Force one side" option allows you to get translucency effect and with the color picker you can define the transaction between the front and back material.
You should use that material to create curtain, lamps, leaves, etc.

but how to increase or decrease the translucency in VRay 2sided material , i use vray 1.48.66

Vray2Sided is your choice for this one.
Fro more transparent effect try to decrease the opacity. Do some small tests and you'll make it.
