  • Milky transparent plastic again

    Hi,
as posted some years ago, I am still working on the same problem!

    http://forum.asgvis.com/index.php?topic=1927.0

I just wanted to ask, if there are any new approches to reach the desired material?
    something like this:

Thanks a lot for you Answer!
The interesting thing is that you almost got the Material itself to be translucent as a white Material (as you can see in the bottom of the glass, that it is not just refracting grey but also a bit white; Or maybe it is because of the reflection(?))

But since it is still impossible to reach this certain level of transparency, that the original material has,
I am going to stick to a more classic PP with a bit of emmisvness:

as you can see, the label on the backside is also quite visible in white, not greyish

      Regards
      Flo

PS: Can you upload your material? Thanks

If you remove the straw, you would not recognize that the glass is transparent. I think this glass is really amazing. Though as you said you can still do a better job on it. Good luck on that.
