2D people made with png files show up with diffuse color instead of texture

Is there a global setting for this? I use formfont 2d a lot and it worked fine on PC but
today I bought another liscense for Mac and I got this trouble.

Sounds like you need to relink the textures.
What VfSU do you use?

Thanks for comments, I use the latest verion of VfSU and SU 7 Mac. My png graphics with transparent alpha textures looks correct on the SU screen but when I render , the texture is replaced by a diffuse color. The same config works perfect on PC.
Imported jpg and png graphics show up perfectly when I use them as pictures or textures in renderings.

You are using 1.48.66 ? (I ask because there have been people thinking they have the latest, while in fact they did not. Just want to make sure.)

What is most likely the cause is that VfSU looks for the textures at the location where they where on the computer when they where created. Meaning, not yours. So I should think that if you re-link them they should render.

I have the latest version 1.48.66.
All components with photo texture render in a diffuse color. Even if I use a component o a local harddrive.
Every component looks fine in SU, the problem only occurs when I render.

You must relink the texture , the bitmap file that the material use. You must change that you point to where it is on your computer.
Even when the component is stored on your computer, the texture still points to a different location.

I am sorry but the problem is the same even if I download a file directly to the computer and save it there.
A coke can looks just pink. I wonder if it the scale of the texture can be wrong? I am confused, I have not experienced
anything like this with VfSU on PC or Vray for 3ds Max.

Do you already try to Copy the texture in another folder, and pic it from there?

In Rhino this already happened to me!!!

As you see in the sample I uploaded the 2D man with sketchy texture is ok but the same 2D guys with photo texture doesn´t work. The tree with photo texture doesn´t render correct either.
