Did you receive an error message of some sort when you had trouble activating your product? If so, it should have given you some sort of instruction to follow. Also, you should note that the license is machine dependent, any major changes to the system will cause your license to become invalid. You can't switch what computer uses the license without contacting us first, unless you set up a floating license server. Changing your operating system would count as a major change that requires some adjustments to your license if you're not using a floating license server.

Hi! thanks for the response.. really appreciate it. Every time I turn on sketchup, before I can use it, an error message pops out that says error loading vray for sketchup something like that. I have few questions sir. Is vray for sketchup 1.48.83 compatible with windows 7 x64 bit? What is a floating server license? Regarding the status of my vray, it works with windows xp x32 bit. But when I switch to Windows 7 x64 bit, sketchup works but vray doesn't work because of the license. When I activate my vray in windows xp, I just use the license of my old vray which is 1.05.30, and another option that I use is pasting the license server on the asgvis folder and pasting the cgaug.dll on the vray for sketchup folder. I did the same procedure in windows 7 x64 bit but it doesn't work. I really need your help sir, I hope we can solve this problem so that users who will also experience the same problem will have a reference on hopw to solve it. Thanks a lot sir dkendig! More power ASGVIS!
