Problem rendering large image

I am having a problem rendering an image at 7000 x 7000 pixels. Works fine at smaller sizes up to 5000 x 5000 but when I try to render the big final image I need to make it doesn't work??? It looks like it is going to work fine but when it starts rendering it looks like static and when you zoom in its black. I have no idea what to do and I need to make this happen for a client. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?????

I find the forum search tool doesn't work too well. Doing a google search for "v-ray for rhino [insert thing you have a problem about here]" works better
