Solution : I tried ACAD but as I imported it to SU , it was black. So I to traced over the logo using 3d text. I was trying to do this VIA transparency mapping but couldn't achieve the thickness..
Comments are welcomed if u have any queries ask me, I will try to answer it although I am a newbie to this

try this link to find out the plugin for bezier spline...its really effective to draw splines in sketchup..so u can trace ur logo in SU itself....
