thanks dkendig..but i still confuse with all this.i just close the skp file.then i open the error log.after that i open again the skp file and try to render and it work! ???

next time,do i just need to open the the error log and close then try to render again?or i just got lucky for this time? :

looking at the error log shouldn't fix any problems, so I guess you got lucky. The point of looking at the error log, is so you can tell us what it says, and then we can use that information to tell you what to do to fix the problem (if it's something that you can fix). Just posting a picture of the generic error message that happens when a render fails, doesn't really tell us what's going wrong.

yeah, we can't tell what the error is, unless you capture the data immediately after experiencing the error, and then closing sketchup.
