Small noise - need advice

How do i reduce noise or what is the main reason why i would get spots on my rendering. I was able to render previously then changed some finishes, angle of render and added additional lights.

In addition how do i add an image so i can show an example?

Increase the Subdivisions in Light Cache and/or increase the number of passes.

A picture would help too! there is a permanent thread discussing putting images in your posts. Should be at the top of the forums...

Hi... i have also problem with the noise, i need to render a simple foyer & i got this =( can anybody please help or advice how can i reduce noise from my scene really appreciate..thanks in advance
